- Working with extremely tight timelines while managing product inventory in a fully operational facility during the installation process.
Our Approach
When NYP-Corp took over the empty building, they reached out to J&J to develop a plan for their racking and material handling requirements. Corey Pierce, our CAD designer, collaborated with NYP-Corp to redesign the warehouse to meet their current needs.
We mobilized our entire team to ensure success. Dan Fey and Chad Harbach made frequent visits to the jobsite and maintained constant communication with Don and his team. We outlined our needs, and they accommodated our requests, leading to continuous improvement each day. By the project’s end, both teams were working seamlessly together.
