- Managing multiple truckloads of material to be shipped to various facilities.

Our Approach
Our Used Racking Account Manager, David Dempsey, discovered used pallet racking stored outside ASC’s warehouse in Columbia, PA during a drive-by. He persistently contacted the warehouse manager to find the appropriate person in charge and learned that ASC was consolidating many warehouses across the country into larger spaces. David was then introduced to Ron Porretta, who was overseeing these operations. Through diligent efforts, David established a strong business relationship with Ron on behalf of J&J.
Products Purchased & Sold:
- Ridg-U-Rak – Pallet Racking
- J&L Wire – Wire Decking & Pallet Supports
- End of Aisle Protection and Guard rails

Outcome
The J&J Team completed the job ahead of schedule and on budget. This led to securing the contract for the Columbia warehouse and resulted in several additional contracts for dismantling and buying back the pallet racking. David’s commitment to customer satisfaction was fulfilled, and ASC remains a satisfied client, continuing to award J&J contracts as they expand to new and larger locations.
