Our Approach
J&J Retail has partnered with Floor & Decor from the beginning, providing a long list of valuable and complete 3PL services. The J&J approach has always been to truly partner with our retail clients. To do this we act as another set of “eyes and ears” we offer advice and look for solutions to problems they may not know exist. The J&J team noted that many boxes of valuable tiles were falling between the racking, potentially losing valuable merchandise that was extremely difficult to retrieve. J&J sourced and designed a “custom” web net system to solve the problem and presented this solution to Floor & Decor.
