Challenges
- Faced with a tight timeline, J&J’s installation team worked non-typical hours including full weekend shifts to complete the project
- Working in an extremely confined space, the team was able to install racking around the existing product on the floor
- Faced with Sub 0° Freezer working conditions, J&J increased manpower to accommodate rotating installation teams
