Our Approach
Our Account Manager, Dan Fey, was tasked with restoring a working distribution center to its former state. A complex project involving multiple external resources, expertly managed by J&J throughout its entirety.

Outcome
- This 3-month long project had an average of 10 crew members working up to 10 hours daily.
- This project was completed on-time and on-budget.
- The project goals were met, and they appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining the building’s cleanliness, and structural integrity ensuring a smooth transition and setup for the next tenant.
