Challenge: Creating a Safe & Secure space for a Town Hall Meeting Area without losing existing Pallet Positions.
Our task was to create a safe & secure space for a town hall meeting area by removing and relocating existing pallet racking and supplying custom fabricated netting solutions. The primary challenge was to complete the installation with minimal to no interruption or downtime, ensuring that daily operations and productivity were not affected. This required meticulous planning and execution to seamlessly integrate the safety netting without disrupting the ongoing activities in the warehouse.
Our Approach
Our sales consultant, Aaron Morey, conducted multiple site visits to meet with their team to discuss their requirements and offer the most suitable options for the project. From these discussions, J&J recommended the use of web netting where racking adjoins the town hall area as a more robust material to add more security to prevent product push through. Standard safety netting was chosen to secure lighter materials in areas where the racking was relocated to.
